Fire Safety Tips and Checklists

 

Smoke/CO alarms in your home save lives and reduce the risk of fire related injuries or death. Make sure you have the proper number of smoke/CO alarms in the correct place and they are being properly maintained. Having a fire extinguisher in your home incase of smaller fires is also helpful to prevent further damage. 

Always be aware of your electrical outlets and how much you have plugged into them. 

Never leave a candle or any sort of flame burning while unsupervised. 

Always have a emergency escape plan and practiced for you and your family to ensure the upmost safety incase of an emergency.
