A Property Status Inquiry will allow purchasers to check if a property has had an inspection, any outstanding notice of violations or outstanding Fire Marshall Orders and if Fire Prevention has inspected the property within the last 12 months. For 2024 the cost is $77. Submit the attached form by mail or courier to the address below or by email to FireInfo@NorthBay.ca. If you choose to send with the payment, make the cheque payable to The City of North Bay. *North Bay offices have the option of being billed at the end of the month. Please allow about a week for the form to be completed.
*If the property inquiry is one building but different units, only one PSI will be required. (Please make sure each "unit" is listed)
*If multiple properties with different addresses are being inquired, then a form for each will be required.
